Janssen the Jong Caribbean Projects (Projects) is the division of Janssen de Jong Caribbean, which operates in the fields of area development, civil construction, commercial building, industrial building and hotel building, infrastructural and environmental projects, and Design & Build. Projects prepares and executes projects on its own, but also assists other Caribbean group-companies with technical and management support.
Projects is specialized in total project packages and realization of the complete project scope:
- From conceptual design up to the preparation of construction drawings
- Building construction including infrastructural, mechanical, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing works
- Project management during project initiation, design and construction
- BOOT (build own operate and transfer) contracts,
- Project financing
- DBFM (design, build, finance & maintain) contracts.
