“One stop shopping” on Curaçao during Second Home International in Utrecht |

During the Second Home International fair in October the visitor had the possibility to find all information regarding finance and buying of a house in Curaçao. The companies Janssen de Jong Project Development, Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort, Triangle Group and ORCO bank joint together.
Curaçao was presented as “Uw Caribische Thuis”: an exclusive tropical location that offers all facilities of Holland.
Orcobank differed by offering mortgages at competitive interest rates.
In the sun-drenched booth the visitors had the choice from villas, apartments and lots. The projects vary in different price ranges that people choose from as an investment or for own use, on different locations on the island.
